PM Modi chaired the 4th National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi.
The goal of the conference is to deepen the relationship between the central government and state governments.
The conference’s main goals are to improve coordination and cooperative federalism in order to accelerate growth and development.
The Conference is being attended by domain experts, chief secretaries, and senior officials from all States and Union Territories.
“Promoting Entrepreneurship, Employment and Skilling – Leveraging the Demographic Dividend” is the theme of the fourth National Conference.
Six areas—manufacturing, services, rural non-farm, urban, renewable energy, and the circular economy—will receive particular attention under this theme.
The inaugural conference took place in Dharamshala in June 2022.
The second edition was held in January 2023 and the third edition in December 2023 in New Delhi.
