  • The Dominican Republic, Iceland, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Monaco, Mongolia, Morocco, Portugal, Slovenia, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Burundi, and the Dominican Republic all cosponsored the resolution, which was introduced by Liechtenstein.
