  • 6 universities from India have secured positions in the top 100 universities in Asia.
  • Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) (44th position) clinched the top spot in India.
  • Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) is in the 48th position, and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) is in the 56th position.
  • National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) Islamabad shares the 6th position in the South Asian category.
  • The rankings are based on the scores obtained by the universities on the different parameters.
