- Newly appointed Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS), Ashok Raj Sigdel, was administered the oath by President Ranchandra Paudel.
- The recently appointed CoAS took an oath of office and secrecy as the 45th CoAS of the Nepali Army before the President.
- For this, a special program was held at the Office of the President, Sheetal Niwas.
