- Krishi Sakhi Convergence Program (KSCP) aim is to transform rural India through the empowerment of rural women as Krishi Sakhi.
- This certification course is in line with the objectives of the “Lakhpati Didi” Program.
- Krishi Sakhis have been selected as agriculture para-extension workers. They have been trained on various extension services for 56 days.
- In the first phase, the Krishi Sakhi Training Program has been implemented in 12 states.
- The government is aiming to create 3 crore Lakhpati Didis, one dimension of which is Krishi Sakhi, under the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ program.
