Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has recently renewed and restructured its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
This new partnership aims to enhance academic collaboration between these two prestigious institutions, thereby ushering in a new era of educational opportunities for students in the field of Chartered Accountancy.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is the national accounting body of India. It was established to regulate the accountancy profession. It is the body that regulates licensing of financial audit and accountancy profession in India.
It recommends accounting standards of companies in India through the National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards (NACAS).
