- Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) has been officially renamed as Prime Minister’s Museum and Library Society.
- The Nehru Memorial Museum was established in 1964 on the 75th birth anniversary of Nehru. and
- This decision was taken in a special meeting of the NMML Society under the chairmanship of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.
