Postal Life Insurance (PLI) has launched a pilot program “Direct Incentive Disbursement” in Delhi and Uttarakhand circle.
The objective of this initiative is to recognize the vital role of its sales force/employees, wherein the commission earned by the agents/agents is directly credited to them through their Post Office Savings Bank (POSB) accounts, thereby enabling faster and secure transactions- Giving is assured.
This streamlined process increases convenience for agents, which drives them to deliver optimum performance and strengthen customer relationships.
Around two lakh members of the sales force, including Gramin Dak Sevaks and direct agents, benefit from secure and instant investment transfers.
PLI was started in the year 1884. It started as a welfare scheme for the benefit of postal employees.
