- Justice Kait is a native of Haryana. On September 5, 2008, he was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court. Later, in 2013, he was appointed as the Permanent Judge.
- He was transferred to the High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad on April 12, 2016, and again to the Delhi High Court by the President in 2018.
- Justice Suresh Kumar Kait is expected to retire on 23 May 2025, when he will be 62.

Madhya Pradesh High Court
