In Rajasthan, the BJP has secured an absolute majority. It has won 115 seats out of the total 199 seats in Rajasthan.
Congress won 69 seats and Bharat Adivasi Party got three seats.
Bahujan Samaj Party won two seats and one seat each was won by Rashtriya Lok Dal and Rashtriya Loktantrik Party.
After the declaration of the election results, Ashok Gehlot submitted his resignation to Governor Kalraj Mishra.
In Madhya Pradesh, the ruling BJP secured a majority by winning 163 seats out of 230 assembly seats.
Congress has won 66 seats. One seat has been won by others.
This is the biggest victory of the BJP in Madhya Pradesh in the last two decades.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has won the election from Budni Assembly seat.
He won the election by a record of over one lakh 5 thousand votes.
In Chhattisgarh, the BJP has won 54 seats out of 90 seats. The ruling Congress won 35 seats.
Incumbent Chief Minister and Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel won the election from the Patan seat.
Deputy Chief Minister T S Singhdeo lost his seat from Ambikapur.
In Telangana, Congress has won 64 of the 119 seats. The ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) got 39 seats. The BJP won eight seats.
