- 6th session of the International Solar Alliance Assembly is being held in New Delhi.
- The Sixth Assembly of the International Solar Alliance is scheduled to be organized from October 30 – November 2, 2023.
- Ministers, missions and delegates from 116 countries are participating in the event.
- President of the ISA Assembly, RK Singh, inaugurated four solar Demonstration Projects completed under the ISA grant initiative.
- These demonstration Projects were inaugurated in Malawi, Fiji, Seychelles and Kiribati.
The main focus of the 6th session of the International Solar Alliance Assembly are
- Universalisation of energy access through solar mini-grids
- Mobilising Finance for accelerated solar deployment
- Diversifying supply chains and manufacturing for solar
