- The 49th All India Police Science Congress (AIPSC) was organized by Uttarakhand Police at the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun.
- It was organized with the theme of “Policing in Amrit Kaal.”
- This event, held every year, was organized under the aegis of the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D).
- Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended as the chief guest while Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was the guest of honour.
